Vietnamese Culture & Science Association

The Vietnamese Culture & Science Association (VCSA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting excellence in leadership, education, and civic engagement through cultural and scientific initiatives. Based in Houston, TX, VCSA delivers comprehensive programming designed to develop skills and foster professional growth among Vietnamese American and Canadian communities. The organization operates flagship programs including Lên Đường Leadership Development Camp, which cultivates emerging leaders through mentorship and practical skill-building; Vẻ Vang Dân Việt Youth Excellence Recognition Luncheon, honoring outstanding young professionals and students; and Việt Cultural Fest, celebrating Vietnamese heritage through food, entertainment, and cultural experiences. Additionally, VCSA provides Community Health initiatives focused on wellness and community care, and Community Art programs that express Asian heritage through creative expression. With over 650 members comprising young professionals, high school and college students across the United States and Canada, VCSA maintains chapters in Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Minneapolis/St. Paul, San Diego, Washington DC, Toronto, and Vancouver. The organization is committed to enhancing accessibility across all programs and online platforms, actively working to provide inclusive venues and improved digital resources.
