Through its established Board of Directors and specialized committees—including cultural, athletic, media, and youth ambassador programs—the organization provides structured opportunities for community members of all ages to participate in cultural preservation and celebration. The VAAR Teens program specifically offers young Vietnamese Americans hands-on experience in event planning and cultural leadership.
